Live like a king and make yourself (or make ur servants do it for you) these epic Char Sui Butter Chicken Wings.
Really versatile whether you have a grill, air fryer or you wanna roast them in the oven we move!
Ingredients
-
1 pack of free-range chicken wings
-
Half a tin of Char Sui seasoning
-
2 squirts of smoked chilli oil
-
quarter block of butter
-
1 sprinkle apple smoked salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180, your air fryer to 180 or just slap your bbq on.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, Char Sui seasoning, and smoked chilli oil. Toss until the wings are well coated.
- Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt your butter and stir in half a tin of Char Sui seasoning.
Bake (air fry or grill) for 25-30 minutes until the wings are cooked through and crispy. Just remember to baste with your char sui butter and turn regularly. In the oven you need to watch the burning but it’s easier to monitor in the air fryer or grill.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh chives if you’re a freak.
