RETURNS POLICY

Alright, spice warriors, let’s chat returns! We know you're gonna love our sauces and seasonings – but hey, sometimes things go sideways, and that’s cool. Here's the deal if you need to sort out a return.

CAN I RETURN MY SAUCE?

Since our products are consumable (y’know, food and all that), we generally can’t accept returns unless there’s something seriously off with your order (like the wrong product or it arrived looking like it lost a fight with a delivery van). If that happens, we’ll make it right – promise!

But here’s the rub: If you’ve cracked open that bottle, it’s yours to keep. We can’t take back opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. Plus, who’d want to miss out on that spicy goodness?

DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDER?

If your sauce turned up looking like it had a rough ride or we sent the wrong item, drop us a message at orders@tubbytoms.com with:

  • A pic of the damage (if applicable)
  • Your order number
  • A quick rundown of what went wrong

We’ll sort it out faster than you can say "hot sauce!" We’ll either replace the item or refund you – whatever works best for you.

NOT FEELING THE HEAT?

If you tried it and the heat’s not quite your thing, we totally get it – but because it’s food, we can’t take it back. Maybe gift it to a mate who likes to live life on the spicier side? Sharing is caring!

Got an issue? Don’t panic! Just reach out to us at orders@tubbytoms.com, and we’ll handle it like pros. We want you happy, and we’ll do our best to make sure that happens.

RETURNING THE WRONG ITEM

If we made a mistake and you do need to send something back (rare, but it happens), we’ll cover the return shipping for you. Just make sure it’s in its original packaging, untouched, and send it back within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll process your refund or replacement as soon as we get the goods back at HQ.
