I SMOKED SOME EPIC SEA SALT WITH MESQUITE HARD WOOD - A RATTLESNAKES FAVOURITE HIDING PLACE. IT GIVES A VERY STRONG, EARTHY SMOKE. LUSH.
IT'S CAYENNE HEAVY, WITH DELICIOUS ROASTED SPICES IN THE BODY BUT A REAL STING IN THE TAIL. SMOKEY ANCHO CHILLIES AND SMOKED OREGANO GIVE IT EXTRA EPICNESS. I'VE ADDED SOME EPIC RED FOOD COLOURING TO MAKE IT POP -

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
