FAMILY FAVOURITE! SOUTHERN STYLE CAJUN SEASONING!
Ever wanted to move down south, catch lizards all damn day and eat heavily seasoned food? I think about it everyday.
We eat a lot of bean chillies, burritos and fajitas at home - this is THE seasoning for that classic flavour. Also epic when dusted onto crispy wedges and fries after cooking.
CHILLI - Whether you're making it with a tonne of beans, beef or soy mince or chuck just slap this seasoning into the pot when you're sweatin' off your onions. It'll melt into a super tasty paste, add the rest of ya ingredients and some stock and cook down.
HOMEMADE TORTILLAS - PREHEAT an oiled tray in the oven, cut some corn tortillas or soft tacos into triangles. I like to sweep them over the oil then turn 'em over to make sure they're oiled nicely and let em cook for 10 mins or so til crispy. Dust them as soon as they come out of the oven.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
