1 x SMOKEY SCHWEET BBQ SAUCE

1 X SMALL TIN OF APPLE SMOKED SEA SALT

Instructions:

  1. Fry off some chopped onion in the garlic rapeseed oil.
  2. Add two cloves of crushed garlic followed by the mince and brown it off.
  3. Sprinkle a fat shake of Hognose Rub and stir that b*tch up.
  4. Loosen it up with a glug of beef stock and let it simmer away.
  5. After 15 mins on low-medium heat add ya drained black beans and bottle of smokey schweet bbq sauce.
  6. chuck some microwave rice on.
  7.  get some garnishes ready - sour cream, crispy onions, monterey jack cheese.
  8. Serve it all up piping hot ready to scald your mouthpiece with a sprinkle of smoked salt and ya fresh toppings.

An option extra is to make your own tortilla chips by slicing ya tortillas into pizza slices, oiling them up and then either baking or air frying to crispy perfection. Just remember to season them straight away with either smoked salt or one of our seasonings.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
