INCLUDED:
1 X SMOKED GARLIC OIL (fry everything off with this)
1 X TIN OF RATTLESNAKE RUB (to season your beef)
1 x BOTTLE OF TACO DRIP (to drizzle over the top)
1 X BOTTLE OF FIRE CANDY (to mix into your guac)
1 x Tin of Cucaracha Seasoning (to season your guac)
Instructions:
- Fry off a pack of beef mince in our delish smoked rapeseed oil until browned.
- Remove the beef from the pan and fry off a chopped onion, 2 crushed cloves of garlic and a handful of chopped chillies on a lower heat until soft.
- Return your beef to the pan before adding a squeeze of tomato puree and a big ole fistful of rattlesnake.
- Cook it thru, stirring lots. Then loosen it off with some beef stock and passata.
- Let that pan of goodness simmer away for as long as u can and assemble some delish sides in the meantime.
- I'd recommend a fat guacamole using our la cucaracha seasoning and fire candy. U could also serve with crispy wedges or easy microwave rice. Just make sure you have some fresh chopped coriander, lime wedges, crispy or pickled onions and sour cream on the side.
An option extra is to make your own tortilla chips by slicing ya tortillas into pizza slices, oiling them up and then either baking or air frying to crispy perfection. Just remember to season them straight away with either smoked salt or one of our seasonings.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
